2B board surface is the most common board surface, 2B board surface is generally silver-white (stainless steel etching plate), and the surface is relatively flat, because it is adjusted and rolled after cold rolling, annealing and pickling.
The second is the 2D surface. The 2D surface is a silver-white glossy surface. It is also a surface formed after cold rolling, annealing and pickling, but it has better gloss than the 2B surface.
The surface of No3 refers to a board surface with good gloss and rough grain, which is formed by grinding and polishing the 2D surface with a grinder.
The surface of No4 has better gloss. The usual 2B or 2D surface is formed by grinding and polishing with finer abrasive materials.
HL board surface is usually called drawing board surface, which is formed by grinding 2B or 2D board with a moderate abrasive material. Usually the surface is in the shape of filament hairline, also called hairline board.
Stainless steel etching plate: 8K plate is also called mirror panel, which is also polished on the surface of stainless steel with abrasive materials to make the surface of the plate as clear as a mirror. Similar to high-definition stainless steel materials are mostly used for decoration design, while general hairline boards are used for the outer surface of general machinery.
