Installation Precautions
If you want the system of stainless steel sanitary clamps to operate safely, stably and efficiently, and reduce maintenance costs, you need to pay attention to the following points when installing them:
- Cleaning and inspection
Before installation, make sure that the clamps, pipes, seals, and other parts are clean and free of contaminants, and inspect them for damage or defects.
The inside and outside of the pipe should be cleaned to ensure that there is no dust, dirt or other contaminants to avoid contamination later on in the job

- Alignment and Calibration
Ensure that pipes and connectors are properly aligned to avoid misalignment or tilting. Causes risk of leakage
- Seal Installation
Select the appropriate seal according to the requirements of the job, taking into account the temperature and pressure.
Ensure that the sealing part is undamaged and properly placed between the clamp and the pipeline.
- Clamp Installation
Ensure that the clamp fits snugly to the pipe with no gaps or voids. Choose the right tool to clamp, but not more degrees to avoid damage
- Check and Test
After installation, check and test piping for tight connections and leaks
Before pressurising the system, perform a low-pressure test to check for any leaks or abnormalities
