Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welding: TIG welding, also known as Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), is a widely used method for stainless steel pipes. It uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode and an inert gas (usually argon) to create the arc and shield the weld area from atmospheric contamination. Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW): SMAW, also known as stick welding, involves the use of a consumable electrode coated with flux. The flux creates a shielding gas to protect the weld area. Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW): GMAW, also known as Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding, utilizes a continuously fed wire electrode and a shielding gas to protect the weld area. GMAW is a fast and efficient method suitable for stainless steel pipes with larger diameters. It provides high productivity and is relatively easier to learn compared to other methods.

Laser Welding: Laser welding employs a high-powered laser beam to create a weld. It offers precise control, high welding speeds, and minimal heat input, making it suitable for thin-walled stainless steel pipes. Laser welding is commonly used in high-tech applications and can produce high-quality welds with minimal distortion.

It's important to note that each welding method has its advantages and limitations, and the choice depends on the specific requirements and resources available.
