In places with bad construction sites, such as construction sites, industrial and mining wastewater discharge, due to the many impurities and complex components in the sewage, the pipelines are easy to block, so that the electric pump will be overloaded, and the motor will be easily damaged due to heat. The air-operated diaphragm pump can pass particles and the flow rate is adjustable. When the pipeline is blocked, it will automatically stop until it is unobstructed.
4. Diaphragm pumps can be used to transport fluids with relatively unstable chemical properties, such as: photosensitive materials, flocculation fluids, etc. This is because the shear force of the diaphragm pump is low and has little physical impact on the material.

The advantages of the magnetic drive centrifugal pump include that there is no leakage at all, and there can be a large gap between the inner and outer rotors. When using a non-metallic spacer, the thickness is not more than 8mm, and when a metal spacer is used, the thickness is not more than 5mm. The wall thickness of the spacer is relatively thick. Large, the possibility of the isolation sleeve being worn out is small, and the gap between the isolation sleeve and the inner and outer magnetic rotors is also large. Set, easy to disassemble, can be replaced on site, easy to maintain, can be applied to SIC bearings, good wear resistance, long service life, the speed of the pump is not limited by the motor. Since the transmission shaft of the magnetic centrifugal pump does not need to penetrate the pump casing, but uses the magnetic field to drive the inner magnetic rotor through the magnetic field and the thin-walled transmission torque of the isolation sleeve, it fundamentally eliminates the leakage channel of the shaft seal and realizes complete sealing.
