Application:
CIP return pump is specially designed to deal with liquid materials containing a part of gas, which can be widely used in food, wine, chemical, pharmaceutical and other similar applications.
Working principle of centrifugal pump:
Centrifugal pump is the use of impeller rotation and water generated centrifugal force to work. Before the centrifugal pump is started, the pump shell and suction pipe must be filled with water, and then the motor is started to make the pump shaft drive the impeller and water to do high-speed rotating movement.
Under the action of centrifugal force, the water is thrown to the outer edge of the impeller and flows into the pressure water pipeline of the pump through the passage of the volute pump shell. At the center of the impeller of the pump, because the water is thrown out under the action of centrifugal force, the water in the suction tank is pressed into the pump shell under the action of atmospheric pressure, and the impeller continuously rotates to make the water flow in and out under the action of the impeller, so as to achieve the purpose of water delivery.
