Operating Principle

The racking arm is rotated slowly downward drawing off clear liquid until the fine sediment of yeast begins to trickle through.

Installation method

Stop leaving clean, perfect beer in your conical fermenter and always drain our cloverleaf style swivel racking arm from the perfect height. Remove the existing triple clamp valve and place this swivel racking arm between the tank and the valve. When it's time to rack, slightly loosen the clamp nearest the tank and use the built-in handle to rotate to just trash can level.We suggest you assemble the rotating arm and valve in such a way that the arm is pointed in the same direction as the handle on the valve. In this manner you always know the racking arm is positioned in the fermenter.
