Third, for scratches and other problems that occur during processing, even if the entire process is pickled and passivated, the scratches cannot be wiped out, and the carbon steel or splashes that adhere to the surface cannot be scratched or welded. Impurities are removed, resulting in the presence of corrosive media and eventually rusting of the valve.
Fourth, the pickling passivation paste is not versatile for cleaning sanitary valves, especially for the oxide scale generated by plasma cutting or flame cutting is particularly difficult to remove.
