What are the problems in the production of sanitary valves?

Sanitary valves are used in the production of some food, medical, cosmetics and other products with high sanitary requirements, so the requirements for sanitary valves are also relatively high. If the valve has problems during the production process, it is absolutely not allowed of. Therefore, we must try our best to avoid these problems during production.

Sanitary valves have problems in processing:

First, the scratches caused by human factors such as bumps and hammering during transportation or processing are very serious, which makes it more difficult to dispose of the appearance in the subsequent processing process, which is why the valve will still produce after disposal The main cause of rust.

Second, when welding, because the welds have more serious shortcomings, manual machinery is often used for grinding treatment. The appearance of the grinding marks will be uneven appearance, affecting the appearance of the valve, or a certain acid on the weld. Washing and passivation will also affect the appearance.

Third, for scratches and other problems that occur during processing, even if the entire process is pickled and passivated, the scratches cannot be wiped out, and the carbon steel or splashes that adhere to the surface cannot be scratched or welded. Impurities are removed, resulting in the presence of corrosive media and eventually rusting of the valve.

Fourth, the pickling passivation paste is not versatile for cleaning sanitary valves, especially for the oxide scale generated by plasma cutting or flame cutting is particularly difficult to remove.
